Between 00:00 - 08:43 EDT Litmus Email Analytics incoming email opens recording experienced a partial outage. Metrics indicate that upwards of 20% of incoming email opens may have not been recorded at that time.

Between 08:43 - 09:00 EDT Litmus Email Analytics incoming email opens recording experienced a total outage. In this window, no incoming email opens were recorded.

The root issues for these outages have been identified and resolved. Further, we've improved our internal metrics and alerting procedures to mitigate against further potential issues.
