From approximately 19:24 to 20:24 UTC on Tuesday October 22, 2019 Litmus experienced an issue recording Email Analytics opens, engagement, prints and forwards. Any campaigns active during this window may have lower than expected totals for that time window.
The issues was quickly resolved and all data from 20:24 UTC onwards has been recorded properly.
